The 2022 census of the UK Business population and its regions estimated that there are 5.5 million SMEs, which make up 99.9% of UK private sector business as per Leyton Empower Your Future.

Of those SMEs, 5.47 million have fewer than 50 employees and are classified as small businesses and 35,900 are classified as medium-sized businesses with fewer than 250 employees.

Therefore, 1.10 million of those private sector SMEs benefit from Girlfridayz's award-winning government-accredited services. Because we cannot support every UK SME and the Pareto rule applies 80/20 therefore this 1.10 million represents the 20% audience accessible to Girlfridayz UK-wide.

Discover the Service Buying Customer Journey

The importance of strategic planning in business was discovered by Trisha Amable CEO of Girlfridayz watching Steve Hackney's Business Mentoring Success webinar ‘HOW TO BUILD A WORLD-CLASS MENTORING BUSINESS’.  In his webinar, Steve Hackney in 2018 informed his wide audience that to succeed in getting an increase in customer acquisition you need to build a world-class step-by-step business support system. He added that we need to develop a playbook to demonstrate our expertise.

The webinar ended

I felt that Steve Hackney had talked to me ‘personally’ and felt a strong thought inside me telling me ‘Do it – it is you and you build a world-class step-by-step business support system for SMEs to grow their business using our award-winning government accredited services.’

At this precise moment, I knew my calling and what I needed to do. Mavis Awankwah had just awarded me The Be Mogul Award 2018-19 titled “The Most Influence Inspirational Black Business In Britain.”

The Core Assets

We set out to build what is now known as The Girlfridayz Service Buying Customer Journey comprising of expert services tasks ‘done for you ‘, Standalone services and Self-services. Hence Girlfridayz provides business owners with a scalable blend of services result-oriented.

The Girlfridayz Service Buying Customers Journey was created through a cognitive approach solution for our clients, prospects, and website visitors through a hybrid world-class result-oriented logical cognitive world-class step-by-step Business and Marketing Support System for SMEs to achieve better sales.

With this strong thought in mind and our customers in mind, we started creating and developing our Playbook The Core Assets of Marketing With Its Dual Implementation Support System – The Cellar.

In 2020 on 27/03 I emailed the first version of The Core Assets of Marketing Revealed to Steve Hackney and upon reading its content said “ At least you done it, well done Trisha, because many business owners do not implement marketing strategies and tactics to their business and complain of very little sales.’ Steve Hackney, 2020”.

The question that sparked a bright idea in my mind

The question put to me by Steve Hackney puzzled me and I saw a gap in the marketing book market. If businesses did not apply the content taught I thought it may be because the information was not presented in an easily digestible format to read and grasp. I looked at what marketing book was available to purchase to support SMEs. I did not find any that provided a Dual Implementation Support System.

What was available was online marketing and business courses and books on the subject, but they were not combined into one system. The audiobook was available too. Thinking of my career in Health & Social Care I came across many different people that I supported with different needs.

Some people's learning styles differ in absorbing, processing, and retaining information the theory model of learning style was proposed in the 1960s after studying the Learning Pyramid containing the main learning styles: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and reading, Writing.

With this knowledge we set out to Develop The Cellar a dual implementation support system for the Playbook and The Manual on 09/07/2020 we attached it by a password inserted in the pages of the Core Assets of Marketing Revealed.

How our concept revolutionized the marketing book industry

Our innovative concept revolutionized the marketing and business book industry providing a solution encouraging SMEs to apply marketing strategies and tactics to their business ‘Firsts’ in the UK and globally. Unique in its design. The content of the books is easy to read and well-written in a language that everybody understands.

The Cellar membership attached to the books provides props and prompts solutions for business owners who need it because we realised that it is not everyone can extract a piece of information from a book, understand it and use it.

Over the years I continued developing our innovation The Core Assets Of Marketing With Its Dual Implementation Support System — The Cellar previously known as The Core Assets Of Marketing Revealed. The Playbook was originally proposed to university postgraduate students and it is the yin-yang of the MBA and any other postgraduate courses in the sense that it equips students with real views of what running a business entails.

The Core Assets + The Cellar: A Winners Combinations born out of the latter for SMEs to implement strategic planning in their business using our growth reengineer innovation a world-class step-by-step business support system for SMEs to grow their business and achieve better sales.

Our world-class step-by-step business support system for SMEs to grow their business was reviewed by Ayo Benson who said this after receiving The Core Assets + The Cellar: A Winner Combination and The Non-Obvious Explosive Ideas That Work.

“‘The Core Assets + The Cellar: A Winners Combination and The Non-Obvious Explosive Ideas That Work These books are excellent and very well written in a language everyone may understand.
