Service Description
You can book an appointment to discuss the work I am currently doing for you. Choose the location: in my office for a follow-up appointment. Follow-up appointments are free and you are permitted to book three appointments in advance only to discuss work I am doing with you if necessary. Only use the add-to-card facility to book an advance appointment. A Zoom or a one-to-one meeting is available.
Cancellation Policy
1.) To cancel or reschedule an appointment booked, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. 2.) If you did not contact us to cancel or reschedule and did not show up for your consultation meeting, you will be charged a £25 cancellation fee because you have prevented someone else from the opportunity to book an appointment with us. 3.) If you have re-arranged an appointment more than 2 times, your third booked appointment will be subject to a charge of £25 per hour. 4.) If we have to cancel an appointment due to unfortunate circumstances you will not be charged a £25 booking fee. We will re-arrange an appointment suitable for both of us. 5) If you are a couple you can book the same slot and we can support both of you for the duration of the meeting. Otherwise, all appointments are for individual attendees.
