It is crazy to think I actually advanced extensively the marketing industry in 7 years.
When I think back to 2014 when I was unemployed desperately looking for work and after having applied for 100 jobs unsuccessfuly, rejection, rejection caused me to say fuck it —And started Virtual Girlfridayz from my bed with my laptop on my lap on 05/06/2015.
Not knowing where it will take me, looking at my kids grown working and living their lives, I decided to restart my online business.

Then everything was fine after a while we required mentoring and responded to an ads on Linkedin from Rich Vision Mavis Awanka "Coffee morning with Mavis at 9.30 am, Hilton Hotel".
The ads attracted me and the rest is history, after attending Mavis event's for more than a year monthly.
The opportunity to apply for an award present itself and I applied.
My business was selected which was now renamed girlfridayz.com to distance ourselves from the thief of virtualgirlfridayz by Anna Groover.
The judge were impressed because I overcame my business thieving and restarted a profitable business.
This got us the award 2018-2019 Be Mogul The Most Influencial Inspirational Black Business in Britain powered by Natwest and Rich Vision Mavis Awanka.
Soon after COVID-19 reared its ugly head and affected several organisations some got furloughed by the UK gov to pay the staff but we missed out because our profit margin was too low but Facebook rescued us with a business grant of £2963 and £1874 ads credit.
This injection of funding save us and kept us profitable during tax year 2020-2021.
The Cost Of Living followed and little did I know that it would be the start of something great.
