Service Description
My Personal Support offers you a monthly 30 minutes Zoom meeting or What's app call to support you achieve success in your business growth by helping you apply the information from your marketing playbook The Core Asset of Marketing With Its Dual Implementation Support System - The Cellar. To be eligible for My Personal Support you need to be a registered member of the Cellar membership and My Personal Support is available to you for the duration of your membership only as you paid for this service when purchasing your Cellar membership.
Cancellation Policy
1.) To cancel or reschedule an appointment booked, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. 2.) If you did not contact us to cancel or reschedule and did not show up for your consultation meeting, you will be charged a £25 cancellation fee because you have prevented someone else from the opportunity to book an appointment with us. 3.) If you have re-arranged an appointment more than 2 times, your third booked appointment will be subject to a charge of £25 per hour. 4.) If we have to cancel an appointment due to unfortunate circumstances you will not be charged a £25 booking fee. We will re-arrange an appointment suitable for both of us. 5) If you are a couple you can book the same slot and we can support both of you for the duration of the meeting. Otherwise, all appointments are for individual attendees.
