• You must provide your card details when requested. If you refuse, we would not be able to offer you any payment facility on offer.

• Providing your debit or credit card detail is an easy convenient method to manage your budget and pay your scheduled payment on time.

• We will only charge you the amount owed monthly, on the agreed date.

• Your debit/credit card details provided are securely kept on our system, and you can request to have your details removed from our system at any time.

• If you refuse to pay by debit or credit card, you will need to pay by direct debit. You will need to download the mandate letter from our customer service page.

• The online application form is not available on smartphones. We recommend that you view our Payment Facility Procedure
